Yes. Any form you mark as PUBLIC gets a one-line script tag you can paste into any HTML page. The form renders inside Shadow DOM, so the host page’s CSS won’t interfere.

Nothing is deleted. If you’re over the cap when you downgrade you’ll keep what’s already there but won’t be able to add more until you’re back under the limit.

Yes — both are Premium features. Upgrade to generate a Zapier API key, connect the Formvoy Zapier app, or POST submissions to your own webhook endpoints. Existing integrations stop firing if a workspace downgrades, but the configured webhooks remain visible so you can clean them up.

Each plan includes a monthly send allowance — 50 on Free, 2,000 on Premium, and 25,000 on Business — covering invites, reminders, and notifications. The count resets at the start of each calendar month. There’s no surprise overage billing: if you hit the cap, sending pauses until the next month or until you move up a plan. Need a one-off bump? Premium lifts every cap (unlimited forms, contacts, and users) and unlocks custom SMTP and integrations with a 2,000-email monthly allowance — ideal for individuals and small teams. Business is for teams sending at scale: SSO (SAML and OIDC), a 25,000-email allowance, an audit log of workspace changes, priority support, and custom limits on request.
